The public Relay website exists for informational, demo, and contact purposes. It describes Relay and Relay Ops at a marketing-site level only. Website content is not a binding offer, product warranty, service-level commitment, or complete service agreement.

Any paid pilot, subscription, implementation, service access, customer deployment, or data-processing arrangement must be governed by a separate written agreement. Submitting a form, requesting a demo, or receiving a reply from Relay does not create a customer relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or obligation for Relay to provide service.

You agree to provide accurate information, use the website lawfully, and avoid attempting unauthorised access to systems or data. You must not interfere with site security or operation, scrape, reverse engineer, overload, or otherwise misuse the website.

You must not submit unlawful, harmful, misleading, confidential, or third-party personal information without authority. When sharing workflow examples, avoid unnecessary tenant, buyer, seller, landlord, applicant, or client personal information. If you include such information, you confirm that you have the lawful authority to share it. Relay may remove, disregard, or decline to use unnecessary sensitive or confidential details.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, property, compliance, tax, employment, investment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your own operational, legal, compliance, and customer decisions.

Relay may update, change, suspend, or remove website content at any time. Screens, workflows, descriptions, demos, and examples may be illustrative and may not reflect every current or future feature. Product availability may depend on commercial fit, technical feasibility, onboarding requirements, third-party services, and separate written agreement.

The website content, copy, design, visuals, brand elements, product descriptions, workflows, and UI concepts belong to Relay or its licensors. You may view the site only for evaluation and internal consideration. Except where applicable law allows otherwise, you may not copy, redistribute, resell, republish, or create derivative use from the website without Relay's written permission.

The website may reference or rely on third-party services such as hosting, analytics, email, WhatsApp, or embedded or linked content. Relay is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside its control. WhatsApp and other third-party names, marks, and services belong to their respective owners.

The website is provided on an as is and as available basis. Relay does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability and may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.

Website form submissions and electronic communications are received only when acknowledged by Relay in writing. Relay is not required to respond to every inquiry. Email and internet communications are not perfectly secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Relay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, reputational harm, or reliance on website content arising from or connected to use of the public website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to indemnify Relay against claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website, unlawful submissions, breach of these terms, unauthorised disclosure of third-party data, or infringement of another person's rights.

Use of the website is also governed by the Relay Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute relating to the public website is subject to the courts of South Africa, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Relay may update these terms by publishing a revised version on the website. Your continued use of the website after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms. Questions should go through the contact page or any published support or legal contact once available.
